We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with its original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
- Customized or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products where applicable
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
Sale items may also be non-returnable where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different product is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the goods should be returned in the same condition in which you received them, taking into account any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
This statutory right does not affect any additional return rights we may provide under our 30-day return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For EU statutory cancellations, refunds will generally be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
For returns under our additional 30-day return policy, approved refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days.
